BEGGINING TO LAYOUT

I STARTED TO FIND POSSIBLE WAYS TO LAYOUT MY PROGRAM AND DECIDED THAT DESIGNING A PLAN WASN'T THE MOST INTERESTING WAY TO GO ABOUT.I HAVE DECIDED TO DESIGN MY BUILDING FLOOR BY FLOOR WITH A COMBINATION OF FLOOR PLANS AND A QUICK 3D MODEL.I STARTED WITH THE TERRACE,THERE ARE SOME ISSUES THAT MUST BE RESOLVED AND A 3D VERSION HELPS THEM BECOME MORE VISIBLE THAN IN PLAN.

    Even though the shape and form is very complicated, the spaces seem to be remarkable usable and interesting. The images of the model really help visualize the massing with the relationship to the spaces. The stepped interior spaces help to create the stepping of the massing.
